Misty Ridge is our lightest profile, named for the fog that sits on the ridge above the drying yard until nine most mornings.
Bourbon vanilla is present but restrained, leaving the estate character audible underneath.

Add one heaped teaspoon (2 g) to 150 ml of water just off the boil. Stir for ten seconds. Add milk and sugar to taste — the crema settles on its own.
