Orders
An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted once we email a confirmation. We may decline an order if an item is out of stock, if the price was listed in error, or if we cannot deliver to your address.
Pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. Prices may change at any time, but the price shown at the moment you place your order is the price you pay.
Product information
Tasting notes describe the character of the cup and are not claims of added ingredients. Every jar is 100% robusta coffee. Harvest variation means the cup can differ slightly between batches — that is agriculture, not a defect.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction.
