What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number and shipping address. When you subscribe we collect your email address only. We do not collect payment card details — payment is either collected on delivery or handled by our payment processor.
How we use it
Order details are used to pack, ship and support your purchase, and are retained for statutory accounting periods. Email addresses given for the newsletter are used only to send you product news, and every message carries an unsubscribe link.
Who we share it with
Your address is shared with our courier partner so they can deliver your order. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data with anyone else.
